  Eh, Don’t know where to put this, but what do you guys think of a bribble? A Bribble is a small chat-room for blogs and other places (like wordpresses) that can hold 16-people, they have descriptions, names, and other stuff. Admins can be given to certain people, to watch over the chat, and make sure nothing is going bad (Like the 5 of us) and if someone is bad, you can ban them, either for an amount of time, or forever, and it goes for all of the computers in their house!

  Another idea, would be a special extra page, maybe even a page off to the side, that can only be accessed via wordpress password, so the team can privately talk about things?

  I have bad experiences with chatrooms, and IP-bans are easily bypased.

  I doubt we will have such a thing.

  About the chat for the team, I think the mesage-function in ROBLOX is good enough
